France beats Germany while Paris attacks rage

France beat Germany, 2-0, at the Stade France in the Paris suburb of St. Denis that continued after two suicide attacks and one bombing had taken place near the stadium. Fans gathered together on the field …

What took place yesterday in Paris brought to the surface a lot of memories of civil war I experienced as a child, as you may know I am not the one to talk about my past, today I choose to express myself.

As a proud Canadian, as a proud Francophone and a proud citizen of this world, I denounce all acts of terror against innocent civilians and humanity.  I ask everyone of you to take a moment and dig deep in reflection about how blessed our life is in our great country Canada. I ask you to pray for the suffering around the world and the souls taken but most importantly to promise yourself to protect freedom at any price.

“liberty, equality, fraternity” …  Vive la France … Vive la Liberté, Vive L’ égalité,  Vive la fraternité.
