- Updated: July 23, 2015

There was no Lionel Messi and no Neymar for Barcelona, but that didn’t matter. The LA Galaxy-Barca match won by the Spanish champions, 2-1, drew 93,226 fans at the Rose Bowl for the largest crowd ever for a match featuring an MLS club. The crowd for the International Champions Cup match broke the record of 93,137 set by the Galaxy and Barcelona when they played at the Rose Bowl in 2009.
The top four crowds now all involve the Galaxy in friendly games against European teams at the Rose Bowl.
